Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a great first impression on buyers before they walk into your house. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers form their first thoughts about your house and how you perform home's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this assists us in determining what plan of action we can use to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't pretty on the outside with retouched paint and colorful garden plants we'll need to address those as well. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Could a buyer picture themselves lounging in your living area, unwinding in your master bedroom or studying in your home office? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of contentment. I'll help you do this by suggesting changes that highlight the features of your home.
I'll tell you put out of sight anything that gives the illusion of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be cleared off. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and play time artwork should get stored away too. We need to give mass appeal to the place so buyers can perceive it as their new home.
I'll look over every room of your home. Enhancements that directly affect your bottom line include fixable like furniture pieces that should be rearranged, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs changing, fixtures that need shining, and windows that need washing
Buyers' agents know that their clients want to see a property that charms them. Anything that could be uninviting should be removed in order for your property to achieve mass appeal at the open house.

Setting the Stage
I'll tell you when you're ready to open your home up to buyers, because everything comes together to paint a picture of what buyers can look forward to when they consider buying your house. To counteract darkness is a mood changer and we'll part the curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and make sure a pleasant scent circulates room-to-room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking blankets, and pillows on your chairs and bedding. Buyers should feel like your home is their future home. |
